The apartment
An apartment in the heart of Saint-Malo
L'Émeraude is a very bright, fully renovated 45 m² apartment in the heart of the old town, close to the main shopping street and the covered market.
During your stay you'll enjoy its open view over a lovely flowered square, one of the most beautiful in Intra-Muros.
It has a spacious bedroom (premium 160 × 200 bedding), a bathroom, a living room with a Bultex sofa bed (140 × 190) and a kitchen-diner. Fibre broadband internet and TV with Orange channels are included.
The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) of a quiet, well-kept building. For the sporty, there's private storage for bikes or surfboards on site.
