We take every reasonable step to keep the site available and working well, without being bound to succeed. We therefore accept no liability for malfunctions or events that degrade access to the site, and we reserve the right to interrupt or suspend access for any reason (including maintenance) without any obligation or compensation.

All content on this site (text, photos, drawings, layout, etc.) is protected by copyright law (French Intellectual Property Code): any reproduction is forbidden without prior permission.

External links to other websites do not engage our responsibility. We accept no liability for force majeure or events beyond our control.

Personal data & cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Visits are counted with Plausible, a cookie-free analytics tool that collects no personal data and cannot identify you.

Information sent through the contact form (name, email, phone, dates and message) is emailed to the owners and used only to answer your request and manage any booking. It is never sold or used for any other purpose, and it is not stored on the website.

To block automated submissions (spam), the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical browser signals without advertising cookies or tracking.

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@appartements-saint-malo.com.

Terms & conditions of booking

Rates

All prices are in euros (€), VAT included.

Any stay longer than 7 nights requires a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation price. This deposit is refundable if you cancel within the time limits below.

Changes, cancellation, no-show

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. For a cancellation within 14 days of arrival or a no-show, the 25% deposit paid at booking is retained.

Early departure

If you leave before the planned date, the full price of the booked stay remains due.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. If you arrive after 7 pm, please let us know your arrival time.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer at the time of booking.
